Detection Principle
葡萄糖氧化酶（Glucose Oxidase，GOD）能够将葡萄糖氧化为葡萄糖酸，并释放H₂O₂；过氧化物酶（Peroxidase，POD）催化H₂O₂氧化4-氨基安替比林偶联酚，生成红色醌类化合物，产物在505 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值变化即可定量检测葡萄糖的含量。

②若测定吸光值超出标准吸光值线性范围：高于最高值建议将待测样本使用蒸馏水适当稀释后再进行测定，低于最低值建议适当增加样本量后再进行测定，计算时相应修改；
