①样品处理过程应在冰上迅速完成,未完成测定的待测样本应置于-80℃保存;
②试剂一中含有蛋白质沉淀剂,待测样本不能用于蛋白浓度测定,需另取组织进行测定;
③若测定吸光值超出标准线性吸光值范围:高于最高值建议将待测样本适当稀释后再进行测定;低于最低值建议适当增加样本量后再进行测定,计算时相应修改;
