Detection Principle
胰蛋白酶能够催化N-苯甲酰-L-精氨酸乙酯（N-benzoyl-L-arginine-ethylester，BAEE）中酯键水解，生成N-苯甲酰-L-精氨酸（N-benzoyl-L-arginine，BA），产物在253 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值的变化即可表征胰蛋白酶的活性。

Notices
①建议调整样本量或稀释程度将吸光值变化控制在0.01-0.15之间，可提高检测精准度；
②若∆A测定为负值，建议将试剂一适当稀释（2-5倍）后再进行实验；
③准确在0 s和60 s处完成读数，以保证实验结果的准确性；若使用96孔板应使用多道移液器且分批进行检测，以确保组间反应时间一致；
注： 为保证结果准确且避免试剂损失，测定前请仔细阅读说明书（以实际收到说明书为准），确认试剂储存和准备是否充分，操作步骤是否清楚，且务必取2-3个预期差异交的样本进行预测定，过程中问题请您及时与工作人员联系。
