Detection Principle
本产品采用FRAP(Ferric Reducing Ability of Plasma)法测定总抗氧化能力,其原理是酸性条件下抗氧化物可以将Fe3+-TPTZ还原为蓝色的络合物Fe2+-TPTZ,产物在593 nm处具有特征吸收峰,通过吸光值的变化可以反映待测样品的还原能力,即样品的总抗氧化能力。

Notices

①试剂二具有刺激性应避免接触,注意采取适当的防护措施,请穿实验服并戴乳胶手套操作;

②尽量避免使用在酸性条件下呈蓝色或接近蓝色的样本,否则对本试剂盒的检测结果产生干扰;

③样品中不宜添加Tween和NP-40等去垢剂和DTT、巯基乙醇等影响氧化还原反应的还原剂;

④若测定吸光值超出标准线性吸光值范围:高于最高值建议将待测样本适当稀释后再进行测定,低于最低值建议适当增加样本量后再进行测定,计算时相应修改;
