Detection Principle
土壤芳基硫酸酯酶（S-ASF）能够催化对-硝基苯硫酸钾生成对-硝基苯酚，产物在410 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值的变化即可表征土壤芳基硫酸酯酶的活性。
