Detection Principle
羧酸酯酶能够催化乙酸-1-萘酯生成萘酯，萘酯与固蓝显色可生成偶氮化合物，产物在450 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值的变化即可表征羧酸酯酶的活性。

Notices
①动物组织样品一般稀释10倍后进行测定；
②若吸光值大于1时，建议将样品稀释后测量，计算公式注意乘以稀释倍数；
③建议反应时保持37℃的环境，准确在10 s和190 s处完成比色，以保证实验结果的准确性。
