Detection Principle
海藻糖酶能够催化海藻糖生成葡萄糖，葡萄糖氧化酶（Glucose Oxidase，GOD）催化葡萄糖氧化为葡萄糖酸，并释放H2O2；过氧化物酶（Peroxidase，POD）催化H2O2氧化4-氨基安替比林偶联酚，生成红色醌类化合物，产物在505 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值变化即可表征海藻糖酶的活性。
