Detection Principle
N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶能够分解N-β-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷生成对-硝基苯酚，产物在400 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过测定400 nm处吸光值的变化即可表征N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶的活性。
