Detection Principle
醛缩酶（Aldolase）可催化果糖-1,6-二磷酸分解为3-磷酸甘油醛和磷酸二羟丙酮，能够与2,4-二硝基苯肼在酸性介质中反应生成2,4-二硝基苯腙，在碱性溶液中呈暗红色，产物在540 nm处有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值的变化即可定量检测果糖-1,6-二磷酸的含量。
