Detection Principle
6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶可催化葡萄糖-6-磷酸和NADP+生成6-磷酸葡萄糖酸和NADPH，NADPH在1-mPMS的作用下使WST-8显橙黄色，产物在450 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值变化即可定量检测葡萄糖-6-磷酸的含量。
