Detection Principle
硫氧还蛋白还原酶（TrxR）催化NADPH还原DTNB生成TNB和NADP+，TNB在412 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过测定TNB的增加速率即可表征硫氧还蛋白还原酶的活性。

①组织及血液样品一般需要使用蒸馏水适当稀释后再进行测定（5-10倍）；
②试剂一中含有约0.1 mg/mL的蛋白，测定样品蛋白浓度时需要减去试剂一自身的蛋白含量；
