Detection Principle
二硫苏糖醇(DTT)能够将脱氢抗坏血酸还原为抗坏血酸,抗坏血酸在265 nm处具有特征吸收峰,通过测定其生成速率即可定量检测脱氢抗坏血酸的含量。

①准确在10 s和130 s处完成吸光值测定,以保证实验结果的准确性;

②若A2测定>1.4或∆A测定>0.5,建议将待测样本使用提取液适当稀释后再进行测定,计算时相应修改;
