Detection Principle
二硫苏糖醇（DTT）能够将脱氢抗坏血酸还原为抗坏血酸，抗坏血酸在265 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过测定其生成速率即可定量检测脱氢抗坏血酸的含量。

Notices
①准确在10 s和130 s处完成吸光值测定，以保证实验结果的准确性；
②若A2测定>1.4或∆A测定>0.5，建议将待测样本使用提取液适当稀释后再进行测定，计算时相应修改；
