Detection Principle
亚硝酸还原酶能够将NO2-还原为NO，使样品中参与重氮化反应生成紫红色化合物的NO2-减少，重氮化反应产物在540 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值变化即可表征土壤亚硝酸还原酶的活性。
