Detection Principle
Rubisco可催化核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸（RuBP）和CO2结合生成3-磷酸甘油酸，3-磷酸甘油酸可进一步在3-磷酸甘油酸激酶和甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶的催化作用下生成甘油醛-3-磷酸，反应过程中伴随着NADH氧化生成NAD+，NADH在340 nm处有特征吸收峰，通过测定340 nm处吸光度的下降速率即可表征Rubisco活性。
