Detection Principle
蔗糖能够在酸性条件下水解为葡萄糖和果糖，果糖与间苯二酚反应生成有色物质，产物在480 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值变化即可定量检测蔗糖的含量。

①若测定吸光值超出标准吸光值线性范围：高于最高值建议将待测样本使用提取液适当稀释后再进行测定，低于最低值建议适当调整样本量及提取液添加比例后再进行测定，计算时相应修改；
