Detection Principle
半乳糖醛酸在浓硫酸作用下反应生成5-甲酰基-2-呋喃甲酸，进一步与3,5-二甲基苯酚反应产生有色物质，产物在450 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值变化即可定量检测半乳糖醛酸的含量。
